Nawaz Sharif just did victory speech which was definitely graceful. I think #insafians should take it with big heart, people of Pakistan have spoken and PMLN certainly got the most seats from Punjab and emerge as the biggest party....
I think it's high time for Nawaz Shareef to reach out to PTI to form a national unity government !
Really unfair that Punjab is going to decide who will rule the country

I have a quick question, hope someone can answer me. Does the party get all seats for which the candidate is elected? Like Imran K wins from the all four halke, does it get counted as 4 seats for PTI?
No he has to pick one leave other 3 seats, for which there will be re-election

GS regulars know me well! i dont believe in religion at state level and i believe in COMPLETE secularism...I believe it shd not be Islamc republic of Pakistan...it shd be democratic republic of pakistan..Islam *or any other religion has no role to run a government...so how can i support mian? **nawaz is way too right winger for my taste. This is why Pakistan should have a presidential system which would be a little more fair. This way people can vote on people not do thappa because they nawaz or imran damn if the candidate is good or not. I don't know why we didn't go for a presidential system but oh well, it was bhutto and how could he ever fathom being a president while a legislature could be of the opposition? SELF SERVING PAKISTANI POLITICIANS !

Why being MQM in discussion at all? It is a small party which does not have much impact on national level.

But it could go the other way round in the next election (i.e. PTI and PPP eating into their vote bank) esp. if PML-N falter agin
i totally see it asif..if IK delivers in KPK and Mian fails again, that will be chance for IK.....but i repeat he needs better candidates in rural punjab areas....i mean better electable candidates....that is the reality asif...i know my rural belt little too well!

I won't post "results" from Karachi, because no election took place there. Terrorists should not even be mentioned and glorified for massive rigging.

so a PPP and PML-n alliance could form the govt? Or perhaps "nationalists", PML-F even MQM would be part of the new govt leaving PPP and PTI to be in opposition? Sindh would see a PPP govt again if they hold on to their rural seats. This sure would be an interesting centre-provinces political set up.

People of Pakistam have spoken we must respect the outcome and let's hope Nawaz delivers. For me the greatest result was Raja rental losing and would love to see that chawals face in president house

I certainly hope so...maybe third time is a charm...coz ofcoz 2 times booted was not enough for the majority of Pakistan to make up their minds...
