Maybe Salman didn’t want to deprive his Pakistani fans.
The new promo shows the lines of control between India, Pak and China.
Don’t know if there were any dialogues or scenes taken out.

There’s a long queue outside every single screen and multiplex. Everyone wants to watch Salman Khan’s latest action film Ek Tha Tiger. With all that hype and hoopla, the film has some major expectations to live up to. But if Dabangg, Ready and Bodyguard have taught us something, it’s that expectations mean zilch. It’s Salman’s reputation that drives a film and its business. And it’s this reputation that remains intact with Ek Tha Tiger. Sure, the film could have done better than emulate Mr And Mrs Smith, but it really doesn’t matter. This film packs enough Sallu and Kat charisma to make it worth the price of its ticket.
At the core, Ek Tha Tiger is the love story of a spy. A RAW agent decides to listen to his heart and ignores the protocol of his agency. Tiger falls in love with Zoya and together they decide to fight the system. They let love conquer politics and the fight between to arch enemies India and Pakistan. Agent Vinod, not too long ago, tried to pull off a similar premise. But it didn’t have the indelible charm of Salman Khan. Like any superstar vehicle, Ek Tha Tiger puts its hero under the spotlight and keeps him there in every scene of its two and a half hours. Salman then juggles effortlessly between childish humour and spectacular parkour-inspired action. His performance as Tiger, though not his best by a long shot, is good enough for a few hoots and whistles.
But there are three aspects of Ek Tha Tiger that impress more than its lead man. The first and perhaps the most important is its leading lady Katrina Kaif. That she looks like a zillion bucks is a given, but that she’s aced the physically-demanding stunts with ease is quite a jaw dropping revelation. As she matches Salman’s action prowess pound to pound and punch to punch, she looks like India’s answer to Lara Croft. She holds her own in moments of drama too. But credit also goes to Julius Packiam’s background score that adds emotional depth to every key scene. That is Ek Tha Tiger’s masterstroke. The film also maintains a respectable level of continuity.
Kabir Khan’s eye for detail shows as he uses random developments in scenes as plot points and narrative tools in later scenes. For example, (Spoiler alert) while romancing in Cuba, Salman and Katrina learn to hop onto the side of a bus and ride it too. This particular technique helps them escape a predicament in a later scene. The film is full of such developments, which add to the story’s experience.
Bottom line: This is a spy film and it needs a certain level of intelligent storytelling. On that count, Ek Tha Tiger and its dozen odd loopholes are far from acceptable. That’s where the film asks you to draw a line and accept it as an outright entertainer. So the hero does some insane stunts, the bad guys can’t shoot straight to save their lives and in the end love wins over all else. Purists of the spy genre would want to complain, but their rants will fall on the deaf ears of Salman Khan fans who are going to stand up and applaud.
Ek Tha Tiger though not Kabir Khan’s or Salman Khan’s best, is still good enough to be called blockbuster material.

Had a plan to go out on second day of Eid but the weather is so crap,I might end up watching this movie at cinema.

So far what I've heard is that the movie is banned in Pakistan and its probably good. I couldn't watch it after 40 mins. Quite boring and slow for me.
Songs are beautiful.

So good,means visiting out was worth it.
I didn’t go to waste time,preferred to stay out and had a best day :),it made my best eid everrrr. 
P.S .. Salman khan has announced that he woun’t make anymore fighting movies , it 'll be all about romance.

I heard on BBC Urdu that they used a body double for Salman for the action scenes…but the body double looked a bit taller and a little bit leaner than Sallu
