humans are blessed with the ability to speak.
take the example of GS. some of us are good listeners, others are good speakers (writers).
whatever we are doing on the screen is because we can translate our thoughts and ideas onto the virtual interactive plain and converse with each other.

you are right. when someone is talking too much, then the qs arises: why people talk?

there are individual reasons, i am sure for everyone for being talkative.

the thing is that most everyone is very unpredictable.
sometimes, you say something to someone, that a very talkative person will become completely silent/ced.

when that happens, it means that people do have something to say.
it has to do with what they have to say and how they say it and to whome...
that makes all the difference in the world.

as humans are very capable of tuning out voices when they are voluminous and clear, once gone, humans do realize that a voice is not thre any longer, when it is not there to be heard. but it is recalled.
different individuals have different reasons for what they recall and why.

except for all the annoying voices, voices of one's dear family members & close friends or even a good hearted stranger that can be a source of inspiration, it is a good thing that these people are able to speak up and share their thoughts or intentions and they are replied to and coversed with, in kind by us.

does it makes sense?
