AQ... this forum is not only for NJ , so there should be some thing called " khud say khuch kurna" so if you have seen that, you should have contacted MODs that u r not available....
I would like every one to stay calm, wasay bhi Ramzan ka meehna hay, pahlay hi pata nahi MODs kay change honay pur kiya kiya likha ja raha hay, dont know why people are doing that. Shub is member of this forum since ages, and very regular too... and she deserves that place.

AQ bhai u surely deserve it. We all know what poetry forum would be like without your presence. We have already like lost one gem, im refering to Amal bhai.
The forum is not all about appreciating (with regular comments like "bohut khub, very nice"), its about discussions, taking part in it, competitions, etc. Gaining knowledge about poetry, sharing it.
P.S: BL should've let you know about the competition, or atleast shoud've sent you a prior pm.

Nikami jee, my problem is not emotions, as you conviniently always point out in any argument and try to show faults in me, but that I see things in context... I try to read the minds from the words... do not tell me you were saying the following for BB as well now...

You conviniently had accussed me of being emotional when I asked you to delete the crap that Omar Faraz was posting against me and refused to read the CONTENTS of the thread you had locked. I am not a moderator and perhaps will never become one, but I can tell you that refusing to read because you do not like to, is not a characteristic of a mod...
oh and yes, I know "There is a reason I am not a mod" - I know that phrase hurled at me several times from your fellow mods after having no answer to my posts, so do not waste time of repeating that again.

I dont disagree with you but AQ have been here since 2001, he has more posts than any of us here, he is creative and writes his own poetry, he has more support from the fellow members, has vast knowledge of poetry.

I think AQ has valid reason to be mad. BL should've asked him before putting his name there. and why poeple are saying that we have lost a gem Amal is not going anywhere if he can't continue his moderationship doesn't mean he is leaving gupshup.

I am sorry if my replies upset you in anyway. You know that you are more than welcome in poetry; perhaps more welcome than I ever will be... but there was nothing to be upset about. I simply excused myself from doing the job because I saw it too late and time constraint was the problem and I feared that I won't do justice which was very normal thing to do.... I do not get it why it was taken negatively... perhaps, some pre-concieved notions?
I was rather upset by the remarks I got in response like:

emotional
WANT to be a mod (OK. ehsan bhai dun like me, sue me please.)

Here I am AQ bhai sab se pehle to aik baat jo mere n nikami k darmayan hui thi woh yehi thi k Amal aa jayen ge to wohi judge karein ge and in case woh nahi aaye to aap ko inform kar dia jaye ga k aap deal kar lein iss thread ko but amal aa gaye n amal bhai ne yehi inform nahi kia tha pejle k woh moderator nahi hon ge tab tak !Mein samjha k woh aa gaye hain ab aapko na haq zehmat dene se guraiz karoon but achanak he bohat kuch ho gaya forum mein.Ab meri aap se yeh request hai k aap please iss maslay ko handle kar lein aainda aaisa koi masla create nahi hoga!Confusion ho gayi bas mujhe !

Based on my personal experience, make those people judge jo ya tu roza na rukhtay hoon ya phir Pakistan main rahtay hoon :D it will be "some task" , specially in Ramazan, it will be quite time taking to make a result out of it and dont forget, it will be last ushra of Ramzan, so every one will be busy getting more of Ramazan in last 10 days and specially last 3 nights :)
BB i guess koi aik judge nahi hona chaiey sab log jo post kareN gain wo he judge hooN gaiN jis ko jis ki gazal nazam sher pasand aiey wo mods ko pm kar day jis k points zaida hooN gain wo as a winner announce kar dya jaiey gha :)
