again ali, very slack terminology in saying ‘this disease is spreading’

most justice systems do inco-operate death penalty. pakistanis have put death penalty upon our leaders in the past.

like the islamic system puts death penalty on certain crimes. what has happened here? why the fatwa? is there a fatwa?

**this is not a fatwa, it is a warning and there may be a fatwa behined it

and its interesting that the said fatwa is against opposition leaders rather the governement as usually is the case. has the opposition been ‘setting egypt on fire to gain power’?

now also if the news is correct, the fatwa is genuine and correct, what are you refering to as ‘this disease is spreading’?

Problem is that when a ‘molvi’ gives such a fatwa then any ‘hero-wannabe’ goes and implements it instead of following a proper justice/trial system.
