Morsi was elected because he was the strongest candidate in comparison to other democratic parties…and also because his party was at the forefront in protests against Mubarik so he gained a lot of support from Egyptian people. He made some huge mistakes during his government and that made the public turned against him…so if you make a comparison between Morsi and the army…the Egyptian army still has much more supporters than Morsi.

I know quite a lot of Egyptians (one of them is MBH) personally and this is what I gather from our conversations.

well as far as i know his biggest mistake was trying to stand against the secularism and that might be what made the army topple him. All in all Erdogan did the right thing…and to me his worth is 1000 times more than ANY MUSLIM LEADER WE have in any corner of the world.
