To have more graduates, we need to start at the primary school level and arrest the number of school drop outs. The percentage of kids going from high school to college is a lot higher than those going from primary school to high school.
Lack of internet usage is to a large extent dependant on infrastructure which is still not there in C & D class towns, let alone villages.
