I cannot think of a worse insult. In fact ECB should have thought about the insult factor before even making the suggestion.
But I am shocked that some of you don't seem to mind it and in fact think PCB should accept!
PCB going and playing CA in any place other than Pakistan will tantamount to PCB endorsing the CA view about Pakistan being unsafe. If Pakistan is 'that' unsafe, the cricket tour is not all that important any way.
