Yeah thats correct. Portion control also is very important. Now I stop as soon as I have first slight feeling of fullness. Approx the mid part of meal for people not on diet. I then drink 1-2 glasses of water & feel I have eaten full meal. Then my fruits a little later.
Yes whats life if we have to keep our hands off those yummy treats? So it is better to be on a careful diet at all times. Like balance out on daily basis instead of gaining couple of kgs and then embark on a strict diet of months. Like what I do now is if I have eaten a heavy breakfast then I keep meals very light through out the day. And if no or light breakfast then I can enjoy other good foods and treats through out the day without worry.
