Now let me tell you the truth. I am an aristocrat too . I do none of the above . It was just to keep the discussion going and make you feel good. 
Now go and eat that banana with fork and peel your grapes before eating them. Don’t forget to spray some of that cool whip cream on banana and grapes , it tastes so yum.

Hahahah - I have an office colleage who eats a snickers bar with a fork and knife!!! She says she doesn't want to have to get the chocolate on her hands.
I think she got it from a movie I saw a while ago! hehehe. Lol.
