i think for us any weight benefits of fast are cancelled by the crap v eat in Iftar. All the oily stuff. Yuck

I am gna give the 5:2 a try once ramazan is over.

If you do … Then perhaps you can do it on the basis of Monday and Thursday with the intention of observing Sunnah … Then you get double benefit …
