Before ppl start accusing the authorities/army of putting too much effort into isb, and leaving the northern parts for nature to deal with, i spoke to my uncle who is currently in wah, and he told me that pak army has been working ever since the erathquake in places like balakot, mansera, etc.
Most of the casualties happened during the first wave of the eathquake, so there wasnt much people could do.
