Trucks full of tents, blankets, biscuits, sweaters, water from Bewal and New Bagham near Gujar Khan were the first to reach Battal and Balakot on 11th/12th October.
Several Trucks were sent to Muzaffarabd and Bagh by the relief camps based in Kallar syedan city. These were also the first to get there.
The turck sent to Bagh and Muzaffarabad were targeted by looters more calm was seen in Battal and Balakot where victims collected aid in more orderly way.
Relief efforts from tehsil Kallar syedan managed to get aid to above areas before any govt or army got to those areas.
The area of Balkot, Gharhi Habib Ullah and Batal and Bagh still need more aid. The people of the above areas thanked the people of Kallar syedan.
