I think smaller plugs look awesome.

I would love to stretch my ears, but my ear lobes wouldn’t be able to take it cos they get infected really easily. Plus it wouldn’t be allowed from a dental POV.

Yeah, I think smaller ones look good, too, but I’d only every get fake plugs… and as for gauging/stretching, why make an extra hoe/orifice which you can be pulled be and that things can get caught on !
