i get the samme problem... it happens a lot to me, i used to get really scared & still do, my body just freezes & i feel like something heavy is pushing down on me making it difficult for me to breath... i cant shout- i try & nothing comes out, i feel paralyzed... i told my mum & obv mum assumed the same & sed it was a jinn or sumthing & got me a taveez, i read my quls b4 i sleep but it still happens...
