please dotn do black sherwani it looks bad, totally clashes with the bride! if i were u go to hsy n deepak perwani n get his sherwani fom them. they r just too good!!!!

personally i prefer a white, cream or beige sherwani if the bride is wearing a dark colour (red, shocking pink, maroon etc) as it makes them both stand out more and complement each other eg…

and i think the black suit looks better on the walimah for the same reason as the bride usually wears a lighter colour…i think a three piece gives more of a groom look.

I wore red and green.

Hubby wore a great sherwani by Amir Adnan. It was a very very dark green jamevar (looked black, with a sheen of green that showed the print). It's no longer on their website. The contrasting kaam was maroon and rust, as was the kula thing. He had matching shoes made. Everyone loved it (even his bro who is not a fan of desi clothes at all!).
