Re: Dua to remove worries
Peace diya01,
The best way is as Almighty Allah says in Glorious Qur’an: “O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient”. [Chapter 2 Verse 153]
**Book ‘Patients’ of Sahih Bukhari, Hadith No. 544. **
Narrated 'Aisha: (the wife of the Prophet) Allah’s Apostle said, “No calamity befalls a Muslim but that Allah expiates some of his sins because of it, even though it were the prick he receives from a thorn.”
**Book ‘Prophetic Commentary on the Quran (Tafseer of the Prophet (pbuh))’ of Sahih Bukhari, Hadith No 86. **
Narrated Ibn Abbas: 'Allah is Sufficient for us and He Is the Best Disposer of affairs," was said by Abraham when he was thrown into the fire; and it was said by Muhammad when they (i.e. hypocrites) said, “A great army is gathering against you, therefore, fear them,” but it only increased their faith and they said: “Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer (of affairs, for us).” (3.173)
‘The Book of Destiny (Kitab-ul-Qadr)’ of Sahih Muslim, Hadith No. 6441.
Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: A strong believer is better and is more lovable to Allah than a weak believer, and there is good in everyone, (but) cherish that which gives you benefit (in the Hereafter) and seek help from Allah and do not lose heart, and if anything (in the form of trouble) comes to you, don’t say: If I had not done that, it would not have happened so and so, but say: Allah did that what He had ordained to do and your" if" opens the (gate) for the Satan.
I only quoted few hadith. For detail, you may refer the book/chapter ‘patience’ of Sahih Bukhari.
