The person who recites this soorah in his/her recommened prayers will have a shining face on the day of judgement.
**The one who recites this soorah will be in patient in adversity and will be **
**counted from among the people of truth. **
If this soorah is written after isha prayer and kept, it will be safety from the tyrant ruler in whose presence one is brought.

Verily Man is in loss,

Except such as have Faith, and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual teaching of Truth, and of Patience and Constancy.
