hmmm…how do you get addicted to over the counter drugs…me too..I hate tablets…even when I am sick…unless I am dying i dnt take them.
I have tried sleeping pills once…that also jst half of a tiny tablet…ONLY coz I really needed to sleep and i neede to stop my brain from thinking. That was the only time.
