Pakistan tried that too. But pakistani jamming and controlling equipment was american and Israelly, when pakistan press button to control Drone, equipment called amreeka and told them.

any kid can rig up a homemade universal wideband jammer. there is almost zero tech involved.

pak simply has no will to jam or prevent drone strikes.
