Speaking of dream interpretation, I once read this book on it by some author called Ibn-Sina. The more I read this book, the more I got freaked out by recalling similar dreams to the ones mentioned in the book. I came to the conclusion that dreams are best left alone, there is no point in interpreting them because the future can never be known to us and we shouldn't cause ourselves anxiety over the dreams we have. As said in the Hadith, dreams are of three types, the good dreams which may be tidings from Allah, the bad dreams which are caused by Shaytaan meant to cause distress and the dreams of our subconscious. If one feels they've had a particularly bad dream, just say Nauzubilla and spit over your left shoulder three times and that should be the end of it.
