I think its not university of Arkansas at Monticello but the famous Monticello University … which can be seen here failing to defend its accreditation! and enjoying notoriety.

We should be careful though. The journalist belongs to the Jewish Lobby. He reported Babar Awan’s fake degree in 2008 as well (can be googled, although the link to original news source is broken).

All this, while Dr. saab continue lecture us on khatm-e-Nabuwwat and Islamic Jurisprudence having received Sitara-e-Imtiaz for his scholarship and civil service.
