Javed Leghari IMO is a better choice, so I hope he performs even better than Atta. Atta was a top organic chemist, whereas this guy is an expert in science and technology and has experience running higher education universities. They should also make sure he works in a way that he can leave in 4 years, and his projects viable enough to continue in the next term. All the best to him.
