she shud have read it when she signed the nikaah-nama....
and if she doesnt know, her parents approval is enuff....
if she has not still received the mehr, she can ask her husband to pay it....
and if she wishes to pardon him from paying it, it is also possible....
so nothing wrong with the nikaah....
