There’s your first problem lol. Seriously, IE has improved but Firefox or Chrome are the better choice. You can install AdBlock Plus and NoScript for Firefox and you don’t see ads on Youtube vids or on websites, so pages load faster. Chrome has similar options but Firefox has more add-ons like this.
There are also instructions for IE in the link I posted above, but they seem to be a little more complex.
