Really? From what I know LJ was regarded as ‘terrorist’ organization only in 2001 during Musharraf era, and orgs like SS/LJ were “banned” but none of their leadership was actually arrested and put on trial.

Ghulam IShaq, Ikran Gujar, Riaz Basra are few to mention of SSP/LJ who were either killed of arrested in that period…
