I think you may want to look into this one again - how exactly was Aisha (ra) leading a battle on a camel while in pardah? And how exactly was it that she was educating others - if you mean simply wearing the khimar, then yes, the Umm Mu'min observed that - but if you think it means the persian concept of pardah, where they didn't leave the home, then you are completely and utterly wrong. The sahabiyat and Umm Mu'min did not segregate themselves - how else could Aisha have taught so many, or Fatima addressed the community when Abu Bakr tried to denied her inheritence?
