Yasmeen spelled Jasmine (since in most cases J is pronounced as Y sound in german etc) is what I was thinking of naming my daughter but that didnt happen. But I still thing that the name is very pretty.

One of my best friends' younger sister is named Yasmeen. She recently won a fellowship at a top American university for advanced sciences. This is a stupid thread.

This is not true..my cousin in pakistan name is diana..she is fine..happily married with 2 kids so far. But may jesus lord save her.:eek:. I just don’t think this is true.:blush:

We knew someone by the name of Yasmin and she was divorced at one time i think...but this is all just a coincidence, in my eyes...names have nothing to do with it...wotever is in ur kismet will happen.

I know at least five yasmeens. All are happily married.
