Orange peels? Well if this is for toning up, or weight loss. I would strongly urge you not to go for a no carb diet. Once you do come back to carbs, your body will compensate. Instead, just eat less and work out more.
Also, cornflakes have carbs too, and so does milk. Fruits have carbs too, most of them (esp the ones that taste good).
Oh man...ok spock advise me...what should i avoid then? I dont drink tea or coffee. advise me on what i can have for breakfast then?
