Kukur mootha - kindly suggest modification to the appropriate mooth authority, unless you consider the point moot.

in Hindi, the word is ‘mootnaa’ and NOT ‘mooTHnaa’ [no h in there; that is a ‘TA’ and NOT ‘THA’]…muttaa = moot+taa = in the process of urination.

Mushroom in Punjabi are called Khumm!

On a side note, the advantage of this delicacy is obvious

1. if consumed wet immediately after mutta event, no separate drinks need be ordered.
2. if consumed after moot evaporation, sal/ spice need not be ordered separately
3. since the amount of dried moot varies per dog preference, mushroom location, delicacies with varying salt content ( otherwise known as salt yield in the investment world) can be obtained.

you guys have too much info, i only focus on taste never thought of trying to know from where it started how it started why it is named this way, but now i will focus on this more.

Nargisii kofta was developed by MuGhal King Shahjahan’s cook “Nargis” and hence named after her .

hmmm maybe ur kind of a “ur mountain of information” I have bad memory i even forget people faces, names if i dont see them for a week, also if i am reading a big story, like of four pages, i only remember the end and forget all what was in start or in between. and dont say i need to eat almonds, i have been eating them all my life so they have no effect on me and dont even try to say anything like i dont have a brain

That is a myth. This kofta was made by Nargis during the shooting of Mother India for the film crew.
