I say many. Is the ability to use those parts with such a flawless perfection has anything to do with you ? Did you manufacture or design any of those parts and their ability ?
an answer from a logical person would be 'NO'.
So if you are a logical person, your answer to the above questions is the proof of Allah's existence.
