Well, if you look at the way he is supposed to treat his wife, then I'd say yes! AFter all, if she is good, isn't he supposed to give her love and respect? And if he would respect her, he would tell her! And also, you're not supposed to do to others what you don't want to be done to you, he should put himself in her position and think how she would feel.
