I dont like full-coverage foundations b/c I have yet to find one that doesn’t sit in the dry skin I get sometimes. I prefer using a lightweight + light-to-buildable coverage foundation. The MAC Face and Body is PERFECT!

I’m looking for a lightweight foundation w/ full-coverage for my pink/red undertones. ** Any recommendations? I was told the YSL or Guerlain ones are like that, anyone try these?**

A few years back I used to use Guerlain Divinora foundation.. It was discontinued but I loved it.. Medium coverage and buildable for a more flawless look..

I have never bought a foundation in my life I am not proud of it. I want to do make up some times. After all i am a waman. But I dont get any occasions at all to use such things :hinna: My life is boring.

This seems to be what I'm looking for! Is the consistency similar to MAC's Face & Body?

Cover FX foundation is great. The consistency is thick though so you need to practice a bit before you get really comfortable with it. I use the cream foundation and love it. It works like a concealer sometimes, foundation or even by itself its fine. The coverage is excellent. I use it since its made for sensitive skin like mine. Its not oily for me or too drying. Its about $40 which is average.

The only issue I have is that its not something I can put on clients easily.

how much a MUFE HD foundation cost in PKR? and can i buy it from Naheed in karachi? and my next question is i currently use Diana of London - wonderfully delicate 210 "fair and natural" foundation for my skin.. but when i'm done with my makeup, i look darker than my normal complexion which is a bit unsatisfying, what must i do? my skin complexion is medium fair.

Makeup (concealers/foundations) tends to oxidize after about 5 mins of being exposed to air/being on your skin. When you are testing which shade of foundation works best for your skin go to the mall, do a test, and walk around the mall for a while.. if you feel like you look the same as you did in the store (store's have lighting placed to make you look flawless on purpose lol) or as your normal skin would, then you're safe. If you're lighter or darker - the shade is probably not correct.

I'm now thinking about tinted moisturizers. I haven't used one before. Does anyone know of some good ones? I may look into the ones by Bobbi Brown.

Laura Mercier is awesome for tinted moisturizers.

^ I second that. LM tinted moisturizers are great. I have used Bobbi Brown's TM as well, but it's almost like a moisturizer, with very little coverage. But it is super moisturizing, which I really like (since I have really dry skin).

I wish the UK sold makeup forever sad times :(

For heavy use you use BB makeup stick because its buildable, in the day i put it on blemishes and blend out at night a heavier all over coverage, its very flawless and natural looking!

I'm an NC 42 in MAC.....so what shade would that be in the Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brow tinted moisturizers.

I've also heard Becca is good. Anyone try that?

Laura Mercier the shades would be Almond or Sand. Not sure about the Bobbi Brown one, however, go to www.temptalia.com. Click on Foundation Matrix and it helps you find shades almost exactly to your skin color in almost every brand possible, provided you know the ballpark of your skin color.

Its sheer coverage but seems a bit heavier. Plus its got these light reflecting qualities that help as well.

If I really don't want to wear foundation but need something light then LM is what I reach for.
