of course

Re: Do you leave your seat, for elders ?

I made a mistake to offer my seat to a sister of almost my age, and I think she misunderstood it as if I am not considering her a sister and am influenced by her beauty, which was evident from the response full of pride. From that day I usually don't give up my seat for any sister of nearly my age. If I see a sister standing uncomfortably in between many guys, I simply leave my seat and stand at one corner, without offering her. IF she wants to sit, good for her!, otherwise, I don't care.

Re: Do you leave your seat, for elders ?

Once travelling(standing) in a bus in London with my huband, a muslim man with beard in his mid 20s left his place for me to sit, and I was'nt even pregnant and was hijjabless(was'nt wearing the scarf). This incident led me to study islam and wear hijjab Alhamdulilah.May Allah reward him in this world and in aakhira.

Masha Allah.

Lots of people leave seat for me even Ungraiz due to my scarf.

When I leave seat for others lots of ppl look at me smiling.

Edited: Thanks brother for the sincere advice. Though I try my best, I would be inshAllah more careful in future, by the grace of Allah.

In subway i give my seat to anyone who is old/pregnant/fat/disabled/looks weak/ kid/ or anyone else who looks like having trouble in standing.............SO you will see me standing all the time:D
