You will always want a life. No matter how miserable things are right now. There will come a time when you will look back at all this & smile & be happy for this experience. Because if it wasn’t for this experience, you would have never become the person you will become in future. A much stronger person, probably more wise as well.
As far as whoever has hurt you is concerned. Even if it’s immediate family, there is no harm in distancing yourself right now. Ask yourself if there is any room for forgiveness. You will need that peace of mind more than the person who has offended you. Give him/her the benefit of doubt. Try to walk in their shoes & ask yourself whether you would have done the same or not.
After carefully assessing the situation if you still feel like they hurt you on purpose, then give them the benefit of doubt of being naive. As unfortunate as it sounds sometimes our own family can act foolish & ruin our lives (or some part of it) without ever deliberately wanting too.
If you still feel like there is no explanation except them being just pure evil, then distant yourself for the time being till they realize they are doing wrong or have done wrong.
Sometimes it’s better to get rid of the person whose causing pain than to dwell on why they are causing you pain.
Do remember that whatever it is & if its indeed immediate family then no matter what, they will always be there for you in times of extreme needs, just like you will be there for them.
Life is too short to let anyone ruin it for you. Only you yourself have the ability to make it or break it. If anything take this opportunity & focus on turning all the negatives into positives. Always remember you make your own destiny. You just need to be practical, persistent & patient.

What if you are totally dependent on your family (they raised you like this to be dependent on them & then they are not aware of their duties too), can’t distance yourself & trapped from everywhere? Sometimes we do want to get rid of such people but what if we can’t? Distancing from family is like completely isolating ourselves but its better than the pain they give us.
