I think a person who constantly thinks about physical attraction (their own or someone elses) LACKS self confidence. In experience, I found quite the opposite of the original post..I think people who always talk/think about how good looking they are or how good looking others consider them are usually lacking self-esteem coze they always need re-assurance.
Self-esteem and self confidence are high when you are able to see entirely BEYOND your own and others' looks, when the first thing you see in yourself and in others is 'seerat'.
