Do you consider yourself to be outgoing or shy?

Generally, I'm an introvert. But at times I can be outgoing if I'm with friends/people that I know well and am comfortable with.....then I come out of my shell..

I was before outgoing and also incoming
but then I changed plans - now incoming is free
outgoing also very cheap
