we talk about stuff, if we feel liek venting, but it doesnt go for more than 15min.
Dont bring work stress at home... dont have the time for it

I never share anything related to work or any stress with my mother or any member in family when I disturb due to stress I go out and meet with frds and discuss that’s reduce my stress .
I feel if we discuss stress with family members they might be feel the same stress and the environment of home will get disturb
In Private Companies you have do this to some extent
In Gov you can leave every thing at work when you leave

I am guilty of bringing work stress at home. Sometimes the pressure at work is endless and especially you gota cover when your colleagues are away on vacation. But it's all good i am taking mine in august!!..Going to europe for a month will pay off...!!
