Agree Decent bhai, however if say you are cooking a full roast chicken for a special occasion if putting it in brine makes a big difference wouldn’t it be worth the step? No?

Yeah it makes sense then.

We do it occasionally but just for couple of hours when we are roasting the chicken. It helps making final product juicy which kids can enjoy easily.
