So I was looking for a new way of adding flavour to my chicken dishes and came across the concept of brining chicken prior to cooking it.

The brine that seems quite interesting to me is salt, sugar and lemon juice added to water. You then add your chicken breasts for say an hour, whole chicken for 4 hours then pad dry. Then when it’s cooked its suppose to be juicer and tastier than non-brined chicken.

Anyone out there got any experience of brines?

One of the reason to cook chicken is that it cooks quickly
