I don’t think the OP is talking about her mom getting a tan. I believe she’s referring to brown spots (my mom has this all over her face) which are caused by long term sun exposure within any sunscreen. And IF OP is talking about brown spots…scrubbing won’t help (God knows my mom tried that!).

exctly yar..sha has pigmentation problem as well..previously shw was using stillmans for pigmentation but it didnt work at all
