As for my english, i have a birtish accent many people thought i was born here (from my accent) but i wasn’t :snooty:

I have a tolerable English accent, Urdu is good as well, my Punjabi needs work.. not having the 'theth'ness makes it tasteless.

I do and I don't. Depends on who I am talking to. If the listeners IQ is of a typical Southerners, then no I do not use my Geordie accent. Theres no point confusing them, poor souls.

I do say most words in a Northern accent when im teaching though. I used to have children who would spell the word 'fast' as 'farst' as thats how they say it, but now they spell it 'fast' as I have taught them how to say it properly! :D

I even had one parent say that she was worried her son would turn into a Geordie as he says 'class' instead of 'clarss'. Muppet!
