When I first started on GS, I used to stand my ground with everyone and I still do but its different now.
If the poster is reasonable and willing to entertain different viewpoints, then Ill be more than happy to share my thoughts and even debate.
If the poster is irrational and impulsive, then I wont. Its not because Im scared, its because I dont find it worth my time. There are not many of this kind on GS (cant be more than a couple) but since they do exist, Ive just gotten pickier about who I respond to. A debate with this kind of an individual often results in a lot of verbal abuse and IMO people like that should be left to their own devices.
