Sometimes it’s our nafas,who stop us ,like I’m thinking in my heart that I should go and pray but then nafas will whisper to do other work first,and then we think it’s from shaitan.

Our hearts are control by only Allah SWT.

I think ‘Nafs’ is something different from ‘knowing’. Nafs is like ‘i want to do this’ and ‘knowing’ of shatan is like encouraging yes do that.
