Really? I guess the ones I see showing off party pix/or outings with barely there clothes must be an occasion thats excluded from our initial disscussion since thats something they do once in a while. (I mean I see loads from other forums)

Mind you, most of them are uni students so live away from fam.

^ Ah, party/clubbing pix sure..I see the same stuff on facebook all teh time..But i still wouldn't say "most" American Paki girls dress like that, i know plenty of igrls who don't go clubbing or partying like that, or dress similar to that in company of other girls only. I was talking about day-t0-day stuff, like class, running errands, going shopping etc.
Majority of the people in my school commute from school to home, so they are under parents supervision..

NO.......even in UK british born muslim .....don't wear these short skirts. Its very very rare normally if any one is wearing and walking on streets, no one could think..........she would be a muslim.
yes here in some private schools the skirt is only the option ......so in that case these muslim Pakistani girls wear thick legging or tights to cover.
I love to wear western stuff but pick long skirts............

though In govt. schools its freedom to wear trousers also........so normally they always prefer it over a skirt.

They have changed school uniform ages ago for muslim girls...........otherswise there was only one uniform with skirt.

Zaima... what about Pakistani in Amsterdam... I was there and have seen some stuff liek this you have posted here... yah rare but it is there...

Though In Germany its laso there.. but just very rare... though I dont know any pakistani girl over here doing so but have seen many time... yah may be may be........

Well to be honest havent seen any paki girl from who i know that it is a pakistani, wore anything like this,

yeah have seen sum paki girls wearing very tight clothes.. But this is too much i think

me like sara....born and raised in the west...i never see any paki girl dress like above...especially in a mini skirt....most of the pple in desi girls in pics are indian, and they do wear that....although there is small minority that would wear the mini skirts, the majority dont....
LB....cute pics...ive seen those on that site....but i hate it when they have these nice clothes in "gaon wala" settings...like assuming only girls in the gaon dress up like that and the city girls are all westerniized...(ive been to the gaons, and i have never seen any girl dressed like that....)

nope nothing like tht going in paksitan and MAy Allah dotn bring tht girl when paksitani wear those clothes and walk on street but its true pakistani wear jeans and selveless shirt and soemtiems wear tousres with their half legs showing
