I gave my personal opinion by placing myself in the position of the child or the child's parents. I might be wrong in other people's cases.
For those who think it is ok, I have a question from them.
What if (God forbid) you and your spouse die in an accident and leave behind a one year old baby, would you mind if your baby is given to a homosexual couple.
STP- have you been to many orphanages? and have you seen how these orphans do when they are no longer alllowed to be in the orphanage, what their quality of life is, what are their future prospects?
its easy fro us to say, we had a similar discussion at one point about non muslims adopting kids from muslim countries and all.
if you showed the difference in lifestyle and future prospects, I dont know how many orphans would say no man I am better off in an orphanage.
except it is socially acceptable to stereotype muslims these days. Not to say that in muslim lands its not acceptable to stereotype jews or americans. all done by a bunch of idiots, and tolerated by the herds.

Homosexual couples in nature (wild animals) adopt orphaned and abandoned babies all the time, sometimes they'll even kidnap somebody elses babies and bring them up.
Do you know what? Gay male couples in the animal kingdon make the best parents because two men are stronger and far more efficent than a man and a woman so they combine their strength and can get the best food and territory for their kids.
Everyone feels broody regardless of sexual orientation.
It would be nice to have genetic child with the one you love, maybe one day science will make it possible for two men to have a child which shares both their genes.
