Islam dislikes a divorce, but if there is really, REALLY REALLY REALLY no other way around, Islam is the last Religion which would stop you, but it's a Religion which asks for compromises till you can't from both parties.
If a divorce happens, both or he/she didn't know to appreciate married life which can be full of blessings if you live it like you should.
