I wasn't talking about sports. Anyway, not a lot of foreigners play American sports. So that is one reason. NBA have many players from Europe and a few from other countries as well btw.

And yeah, NBA and the NFL are quite diverse actually. In the NBA, you can find African-Americans, Africans, Europeans, Asians, Central Americans, South Americans etc.
As for the NFL, even though its a lot less diverse, you can still find lots of races and nationalities, especially a significant amount of players from Australasia and Polynesia.
