Hey i use my scary smile for the same purpose…
technically my scary smile is not a smile its midway between a leer and a grimace.
Anyway my mood today is one of a sombre exhausted indicidual who has heard to much sad stuff lately so I look a bit like this… 
Except no one can see me cry really becuase that is impossible…

As you can see my mood is a mixed one, I am both happy and sad… living and dead, kind yet unforgiving, mercifull and vengefull, intelligent and blind, surounded and lonely… I am the eye that sees and is seen.
