If you are visiting Orlando, FL you can find lot of desi restaurant. I was there back in dec. 2009
I visited two parks, Universal Studio, and Disney park. I bought tickets online for each day.
We also visited clear water beach, it was ok.
the one which I like most was Golden Dynasty restaurant. It is Chinese as well as desi restaurant. I will suggest you should go there.
If you are couple and really want to do fun, you should book some resort hotel like Omini hotel.
